#wow can i just #explain how very emotional this is not only for me but for Forrest as well? #You see here a man who has defied all odds#He’s mentally retarded but has been able to go up and beyond #proving people he can survive a war #create a business and make so much money out of it #only to give it away in charity #his heart has been played on mulitple times by the same woman #and now that he finally has a son he’s scared#scared that he has to go through the same torment that he had to go through when he was growing up #he doesn’t want his child to be stupid like him #so when he finds out that his son is one of the smartest in the class #he’s overwhelmed with joy #his son won’t have to go through the bullying that he had to go through #and Forrest is happy of that
